Technical Support Analyst

Location: Oxfordshire | Salary: £0

Technical Support Analyst required by my Oxford based client with good knowledge of Desktops and Server operating systems including Windows 7 (Enterprise), Windows Server 2008/2012, MS Office,VMware, Active Directory, Firewalls, Networking and Telephony. You should be capable of communicating with all levels of users from “shop floor” to Boardroom, be customer focussed and able to deal with users with differing levels of technical abilities.

The role will involve providing face to face, telephone and email support, configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops and Servers and ensuringsuccessful resolution of technical issues in accordance with KPI’s
