Technical support engineer required by our client to provide support for internal and external users using Windows XP/2000. You should have at least 12 months knowledge of desktop operating systems and pc hardware and some knowledge of Windows Server and MS Exchange. Some knowledge of EPOS hardware and software would be beneficial. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to become part of a small team.
