Experienced Technical Support Leader required by our West London based client to support internal and external users, be responsible for the entire infrastructure and undertake some project work. You should have strong knowledge of Windows Server (ideally 2008), Active Directory, IIS, Exchange Server (2007 or later), good knowledge of Networking including Switches , Routers, TCP/IP and DNS. The position will involve some unsociable hours and some on-call work. Excellent communication skills are essential as the role will involve extensive user and client contact.
