Candidates should have previous experience of working in a service desk, help desk or similar support team environment. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for ensuring all inbound calls are answered and actioned within SLA agreed timescales, be responsible for managing the raising of incident requests and then ensuring communication is maintained with customers and 3rd parties. You must possess strong knowledge in Customer Relationship management, Problem Analysis skills, a broad range of technical skills and knowledge of ITIL processes and proceedures.
