Experienced Service Desk Analyst required by our Milton Keynes based client to work as part of a small team. You will be responsible for providing customers with first level support from the initial call through to handling service requests. You will progress 1^st line calls and keep customers updated in accordance with SLA’s. You should have previous service desk or 1^st line experience, good knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7 and experience of Microsoft Office.

You should possess excellent communications skills as the role will involve extensive contact with internal and external users.
