
Customer Service Manager - London - Circa £55k
Reporting to the operations director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our client meets its service level commitments to a number of strategic corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Working within guidelines set out in the service level agreements the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for producing regular service reports and ensuring performance against targets are met and exceeded, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with the clients customers, acting as a single point of contact for problem escalation and being responsible for owning and managing any change management issues.
A technical background in MPLS Networking/ Managed Hosting is essential.
