Our client requires an experienced engineer to provide remote 1st and 3rd line support to their clients. Experience sought includes MS Exchange Server, 2000 Server, small business server and a good knowledge of XP and MS office suite. Any Linux, Citrix or VOIP knowledge is useful, though not essential. Working in a close knit support team you’ll also be called to client sites to work on installations, upgrades etc. Call Angus for more details. |
