Helpdesk Support Engineer
Our client requires an experienced engineer to provide remote 1st and 3rd line support to their clients. Experience sought includes MS Exchange Server, 2000 Server, small business server and a good knowledge of XP and MS office suite. Any Linux, Citrix or VOIP knowledge is useful, though not essential. Working in a close knit support team you’ll also be called to client sites to work on installations, upgrades etc.
