Helpdesk - 1st line Support - Milton Keynes - 18K

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading provider of health and fitness equipment. You will be required to provide telephone support to customers and support field engineers. Candidates must have a good understanding of MS Office and ideally an understanding of web based services. Full training will be given. You must have a confident telephone manner, excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently but also be a team player.
