IS Telecommunications/Support Analyst - Somerset
Our client requires an experienced support analyst to manage their telephone systems and provide 2nd/3rd line PC and network support.
MCSE and CCNA certifications are desirable and around five years network administration experience is the benchmark. Duties will include managing the telephone system – MITEL VOIP, Multiple ISDN30s and GSM gateways. Supporting PC’S, LAN/WAN, Firewalls,Internet, Active Directory, MS 2003 environment. This position will suit a good communicator, with excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive work ethic. A position that offers genuine career growth and support with further training.
