IT Support Technician - Portsmouth
Our client requires a support technician to join their team and contribute to their growth and success. Initially this will be helpdesk support role providing 1st and 2nd line support on bespoke software. Progression in the role will lead to site visits and more hands on duties. Experience of windows based operating systems is essential and any exposure to Epos applications is useful.
You will need good communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and a desire to learn new skills. Driving License is essential for site visits.
