| Candidates should have a good background in most areas of Technical Support including good analytical skills, customer support, 2nd and 3rd line support in a Windows based environment. Knowledge of Retail and EPOS systems would be particularlu useful, as would knowledge of SQL Server or any other relational database. The role will involve providing support to a number of retained key accounts within the M25 area and will involve lots of customer contact and problem resolution particulary wihin an EPOS environment. Excellent customer facing skills are essential as are excellent communication skills. Working as part of a growing company the opportunities to prgress and to be rewarded are exceptional. |
