C#,.NET Software Development Manager - Cambridgeshire

Our client requires a software development manager to manage and direct their development team and take responsibility for new and existing software applications. You will need hands on programming experience with C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio and ASP.NET. Demonstrable project management and team management experience is essential, preferably with a software product that has been sold and used by external users. Experience of formal methodologies (UML, Prince 2 ETC) is also required. A strong leader with excellent man management, strategic planning and communication skills will thrive in this role.
